Swastika

Just before I drew Skull n Bones, I worked on this Swastika.

This was made about 2 months ago, what I did last week was redraw it.

This is not the original photo but a slightly edited image.

Skull n Bones

I was on the office terrace after work. Picked up a pebble and starting scratching one of the concrete columns. End of five minutes this skull was staring at me.

Corollary of a proverb

Several requests to the little girl for a drawing were ignored. After months of waiting I came up a suggestion; draw few lines everyday until a picture is ready.

In the lines of a Kannada gaade maatu ಹನಿ ಹನಿ ಕೂಡಿದರೆ ಹಳ್ಳ a corollary was born- ಲೈನ್ ಲೈನ್ ಕೂಡಿದರೆ ಡ್ರಾಯಿಂಗ್.

I'm still waiting for the drawing :(

drawings by a little girl

Boy, Duck and Hen; that's what they are according to the little one who drew these. I could get the boy and the hen but the peacock turned out to be a duck! These little ones leave me confused but smiling :)
