@Siddesh, I think Borangi (north karnataka kannada) belongs to "Chrysochroa purpureiventris" and lady bug belongs to Coleoptera family..

Thank you Dr.Umesh. While 'Borangi Hula' is circular other species of Coleoptera family are longish. However, most of them are colorful like our Borangi. The word 'Coleoptera' is so close to the name 'Cleopatra' ...beautiful!
Looking at these creatures one cannot but accept that nature truly is the grandest artist.
