Almost every morning a Magpie Robin can be seen perched at the top of a water pipe on our building terrace. Perched up there, it keeps chirping its a melodious note for 10 to 15 minutes. Its a kind of morning ritual for it. A month ago I tried photographing it. when I moved around the 10' vertical pipe, the bird flew away. Yesterday morning, somehow the bird stayed there while I shot. I guess it trusts me now. After taking 50+ pictures I stopped and left it alone. Here are a few shots of the Magpie Robin, three silhouettes and one looking up shot. These pictures were shot in Nikon P900 a fixed lens camera with an amazing zoom capability and a host of useful features.
