English is a confusing language
English is a confusing language for many Indian students, many struggle to form sentences. This is one example, answers written by a VII standard student of a Kannada medium school at a village near Haliyal town. My friend gave up the 25 question test at question number 15.

Arivu 1979
ARIVU is one of the best movies seen during my high school days; it was a movie about children and it had connected well with me and few of my classmates too; with passing years the movie name faded from my memory but parts of the movie remained embedded in my mind, especially the song libraryali ili ide meaning there's a mouse in the library. Research on the net gave me no leads. September 2009 I sent an email to my cousin Vivek, a Kannada activist. He posted a message in his group and found the name. Around the same time he introduced a store for all things Kannada - TOTAL KANNADA. Some time mid 2013 he called me to tell that about availability of Arivu DVD and purchased one for me :)
Here's the transcription of the description on the DVD cover-
This movie with the interaction between children and parents, and the impact of this relationship on the total community. This sensitive film in black and white outlines human institutional and environmental forces that prevail on the minds of a growing child, rich or poor. There are quite a number of comic and warm hearted situations involving teachers and the taught. Content wise the film is telling a satire on the deplted conditions of schools, the mechanical and sorrowful plight of teaching, the deception of which on the screen is true fully on screen.
I could identify actor names of four characters. If anyone could help me fill in the blanks...
Arivu is presented by Pallavi Films and few key names involved in the making of this movie are:
