Few months back it was a worrisome situation.. few thunder showers.. unlike previous 3 years rains seemed to have reduced. There was a long gap.. dry weather, no clouds to be seen. June showers came and went one and off. Then something changed in July.. monsoon hugged Dharwd tightly :) It's been pouring since then.. may it pour until all lakes fill up and rivers fill up reservoirs.
With July rains, Kelageri water level rose. Folks are assured of water for at least a year. These pictures were shot by Pushpa Huballi.
