Native American proverb

A lovely little card with a beautiful message from my friend Alexis. The card quotes a Native American proverb: be kind to everything that lives. Native American culture, as I know, is one of the oldest on this earth. The saying is akin to maxim of Sanatana or Jaina or Bouddha Dharma.

Corollary of a proverb

Several requests to the little girl for a drawing were ignored. After months of waiting I came up a suggestion; draw few lines everyday until a picture is ready.

In the lines of a Kannada gaade maatu ಹನಿ ಹನಿ ಕೂಡಿದರೆ ಹಳ್ಳ a corollary was born- ಲೈನ್ ಲೈನ್ ಕೂಡಿದರೆ ಡ್ರಾಯಿಂಗ್.
