Black cloth stuffed dolls are usually hung on houses or vehicles to ward off evil eyes. Some good person has done it to protect Kelgeri Lake. A thought comes to my mind; man is the only creature capable of casting an evil eye. Do you agree?

"man himself is evil", and some times "even our gods need protection" !- u might have seen masks hanging from temple gopura(m)...
